He is the Managing Director of First Ray Sdn Bhd, a startup he founded in 1997 to deliver content interactively for learning, work and play. Aside of coding and managing operations for First Ray, Siva now has begun sharing his over 30 years of work experience with to empower both organizations and individuals alike to maximize their potential.

Siva was also trained as a facilitator to transform Unilever Malaysia’s organizational set up in mid 1990s. In 2019, Siva was certified as a HRDF accredited Trainer ( Train The Trainer certification program under Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. ) In January this year he received certification from Directive Communication International as a Colored Brain Trainer and in July 2020 was certified by Directive Communication International & American Institute of Business Psychology as a Human Drive and Motivation Trainer/Consultant.
